We took the girls to their first RV show today and they loved it!  Climbing in and out of all the different bunk options and running around like it was theirs already I could tell they were excited. Then there was a snack meltdown and kids whining about walking so much and it was time to get out fast!!  This show I felt was better suited for us then the last. More bunk house and toy-hauler options to view this go round. The last one for sure was catering to the retiree community. On our way in I overheard a gentlemen ask if their was a senior citizen discount to get in. I thought to myself that if that was the case 90% of the attendees would be eligible and the event wouldn’t make any money dude!  They also sold beer which I think is smart. People spend money when they are more relaxed:)

This week we had a bunch of big things regarding our house happen. Of course we artrying to get it ready to sell so things need to be fixed, staged, cleaned, etc. We had a couple guys work in some exterior trim issues, our yard was cleaned and cleared out of all the leaves/branches and large items like the Piano,Trampoline and sectional are out. These pieces were key to get gone to be able to stage room properly. I also started a Facebook Estate sale event to sell off all the other things easier.Looks like early Spring for our area is going to happen so we are starting to prep to attempt to grow grass in our heavily shaded backyard, get the garden ready, pressure wash the driveway and clean out all the misc outdoor things laying around.

There’s 100 little things that still need to happen before listing the house and our original April 1st date isn’t looking so doable at this point. April 15th feels better so hoping for the best. Really want to get ahead of the Summer listings and get up and out before Summer hits!  I really don’t want to spend another Summer in Atlanta, it’s soooo hot!!!!
