Happy New Year!!!

How exciting this new year is going to be for our family, I can barely wait for it all to start. We have set some hard dates this week and it looks like April 1st is our putting the house on the market date. If it happens before then great, but even if it’s just a For Sale By Owner sign in the front yard at least it’s a start. This gives us some structure and prioritize our time and what needs to get accomplished by then to be ready to show. I only have the kitchen left to repaint, I saved the hardest for last.  After I get this started or done I can really start to de-clutter and detail the house.

This week I got a lot accomplished with my business. Cleaned up my websites commerce sites, posted new pics, did some marketing, made some new connections, came up with a few new t-shirt ideas and got a watermark of my logo done to help with Instagram pics. Feels really good to go into this new year with all this done and have time open to do more creative things. The sooner I can generate more consistent money from this biz the sooner we can launch.

Told a few family members about our upcoming plans for the first time. I think it went well, no punches were thrown and no one passed out. I’d say it was a success:). It’s s big transition year for other family members as well so it will be fun to see where this year takes us.
